This Facebook Data Policy shall serve to inform how Crystalline Green Ltd. treats any of your personal data ("Facebook Data") provided to it by Facebook Inc. within the apps, games, websites or other services ("The Apps") developed, published and/or operated by Crystalline Green Ltd.
This Facebook Data Policy is an addition to the Crystalline Green Ltd. Privacy Policy and any terms and conditions specific to The Apps in which your Facebook Data is used.
Crystalline Green Ltd. and The Apps do not process, use, store, or transmit to any third party, any of your Facebook Data received from Facebook Inc. via, but not limited to, Facebook Unity SDK, Facebook Analytics.
The Apps may from time to time collect and send to Facebook Inc., data relating to your usage of The Apps, and which may then be associated with your Facebook Data. This data may be accessed in an aggregated and anonymised way by Crystalline Green Ltd. employees and/or associates.
When using the Facebook Data for the placement of adverts, Crystalline Green Ltd. will not use any Custom Audiences or personal data uploaded through Facebook Services.
Facebook Inc. is therefore The Data Controller and The Data Processor for the purposes of the Facebook Data, and it's processing, use, storage and transmission with regard to The Apps and Crystalline Green Ltd.
Consent
You may withdraw your consent to allow Crystalline Green Ltd. and The Apps to use your Facebook Data by selecting the data opt out option within the settings of The Apps. This may require The Apps to be restarted in order to take effect. The Apps also provide a data opt out option upon first use, to ensure no Facebook Data is ever received by the app and no association between you, your use of The App, and your Facebook Data is ever made.
Your consent to allow Facebook Inc. to share your Facebook Data with Crystalline Green Ltd. and The Apps is covered by the Facebook Data Policy.
Disclosure of personal data
The Facebook Data is controlled and processed by Facebook Inc. Facebook Inc. offer a range of tools for you to access, correct and transfer your data. For example, they offer Download Your Information and Activity Log, as well as other in-product information. Further information can be found at https://www.facebook.com/privacy.
You can revoke The Apps permissions to your Facebook Data via Facebook App Settings.

Deletion of data
You can delete all of your Facebook Data by deleting your facebook account via Facebook Help Centre - Managing your account
At time of writing, we do not know of a way to delete your Facebook Data relating only to The Apps specifically. You may wish to try contacting Facebook Data Protection Office in order to request this. Before doing so, please contact us via email at contact@crystallinegreen.com and inform us of the app/game/website you wish to have your data deleted from, and we will provide you with any facebook app ID's or user ID's or other identifiers that may enable Facebook Data Protection Officer to process your request.
If you find a way to delete your Facebook Data relating only to The Apps specifically, especially to delete it from Facebook Analytics, please contact us at contact@crystallinegreen.com so that we can update this Policy with additional instructions.
For deletion of other personal data not related to Facebook Data, please refer to our general Privacy Policy. In some cases, The Apps may also provide options within them for deleting of non-Facebook related personal data.
