This Data Consent, Disclosure and Deletion document shall serve to inform how Crystalline Green Ltd. treats any of your personal data provided to it by you or by third party providers within the apps, games, websites or other services ("The Apps") developed, published and/or operated by Crystalline Green Ltd.
This document is an addition to the Crystalline Green Ltd. Privacy Policy and any terms and conditions specific to The Apps in which your data is used.
Crystalline Green Ltd. does not directly store any of your personal data. However we use the following third party providers to obtain, transfer and store your data, from where we may access it for either the operation of The Apps, for the purpose of analysing use of The Apps, or for marketing purposes.
PlayFab game services are used by The Apps to store and process data directly related to the operation of The Apps, such as game save data or login data.
Appsflyer is used by The Apps to identify any marketing material that you may have encountered or interacted with prior to using The Apps. For example, it will tell us if you saw or clicked on one of our adverts before downloading one of The Apps. We can then, for example, use this data to see which of our adverts are most effective.
Facebook Analytics is used by us to anonymously identify audiences and new customers based on the data about your use of The Apps that The Apps send to Facebook Analytics. For example, we may ask Facebook Analytics to find the top 100 users of one of The Apps by time spent using The App per day. Then ask that Facebook find other Facebook users with similar profiles to those top 100 and show them an advertisement for one of The Apps. (So called "Look-Alike" audience advertising).
Unity Analytics are used by us to anonymously analyse how you and other users are using The Apps, as well as for getting bug reports when errors occur in The Apps. For example, if we want to analyse how effective the tutorial is in one of The Apps, we might code said App to send Unity Analytics a message every time a user completes a tutorial step. We can then analyse how many messages we get for each tutorial step to see between which steps the most users are leaving said App never to return. In this way we can identify potential problems with the tutorial that can then be fixed or improved upon in later updates to said App.
Consent
By agreeing to the terms and conditions specific to The Apps, and our Privacy Policy, you grant us consent to use your data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
As part of this, you may withdraw your consent to allow Crystalline Green Ltd. and The Apps to use your data for any purposes other than those directly related to the operation of The Apps. For most of The Apps, this should be done by selecting the appropriate "Data Opt Out" option in the Settings -> Data Settings screen of The Apps. For The Apps that do not have this option, please email contact@crystallinegreen.com. Please note that after your consent has been withdrawn, Crystalline Green Ltd. and the third part providers we use may still hold previously provided data on you. In order for this data to be deleted, please refer to the Deletion of data section in this document.
Additionally, your consent to allow Facebook Inc. to share your Facebook Data with Crystalline Green Ltd. and The Apps is covered by the Facebook Data Policy. See also our Facebook Data Policy.
Disclosure of personal data
You may request the data that Crystalline Green Ltd. or the third party providers we use, hold on you, and also to amend any of that data. Below are the instructions for processing this in the case of each third party service provider we use:
Crystalline Green Ltd. does not directly store any of your personal data. However, should this change in the future, please email contact@crystallinegreen.com with the name of The Apps you are using. We will then provide further instructions, including any additional information we may need from you, in order to process your request.
PlayFab game services - Please email contact@crystallinegreen.com and provide in the email; the name of The Apps you are using; your username as it is displayed in the Settings screen of The Apps. Or if The Apps do not have this information, then your username as it appears on the device/platform on which you are playing. We will then request your data from PlayFab, which once received, we can pass on to you.
Appsflyer - Please email contact@crystallinegreen.com and provide in the email; the name of The Apps you are using; your username as it is displayed in the Settings screen of The Apps. Or if The Apps do not have this information, then your username as it appears on the device/platform on which you are playing. We will then request your data from AppsFlyer, which once received, we can pass on to you.

Unity Analytics - Navigate to the Settings -> Data Settings page in The Apps, and scroll down to the "Unity Data" option. Selecting this option will open a specially generated page specific to you, that will allow you to request your data from Unity.
Deletion of data
You may request the deletion of your data at any time. Below are the instructions for processing this in the case of each third party service provider we use. Please note that even after your data has been deleted, we may continue to collect new data unless you withdraw your consent. Please refer to the Consent section of this document to find out more.
Crystalline Green Ltd. does not directly store any of your personal data. However, should this change in the future, please email contact@crystallinegreen.com with the name of The Apps you are using. We will then provide further instructions, including any additional information we may need from you, in order to process your request.
PlayFab game services - Please email contact@crystallinegreen.com and provide in the email; the name of The Apps you are using; your username as it is displayed in the Settings screen of The Apps. Or if The Apps do not have this information, then your username as it appears on the device/platform on which you are playing. WARNING! Once you request this data be deleted, The Apps may no longer function correctly, and you will lose all of your game progress, including any purchases made!
Appsflyer - Please email contact@crystallinegreen.com and provide in the email; the name of The Apps you are using; your username as it is displayed in the Settings screen of The Apps. Or if The Apps do not have this information, then your username as it appears on the device/platform on which you are playing. We will then request that Appsflyer delete any data it holds on you on your behalf.

Unity Analytics - Navigate to the Settings -> Data Settings page in The Apps, and scroll down to the "Unity Data" option. Selecting this option will open a specially generated page specific to you, that will allow you to request any data Unity hold on you is deleted.
General Guidance
Most of The Apps have an option in Settings -> Data Settings that allows you to "opt out" / withdraw consent for the collection of any data that is not required for the operation of The Apps. I.e. no tracking or analytics, but you can still play the game, use the app or website.
However, if you want to completely get rid of all your data, then in order to ensure everything is deleted and no new data on you is collected in the future, the recommended course of action is to (in this order): Opt out of data collection using the Settings -> Data Settings -> Opt Out button in The Apps; Restart The Apps; Delete your data by following the "Unity Data" and "Facebook Data" links in The Apps Settings -> Data Settings screen; Email contact@crystallinegreen.com with your username as displayed in the Settings screen of The Apps to request your remaining data is deleted; Lastly close and uninstall The Apps.
Note that some of The Apps, particularly the older Apps and the website, do not have the standard Settings screen as described above. In these cases, you should just email us directly at contact@crystallinegreen.com with your data request.
Note also that manual (via email request) retrieval, modification and deletion of your data can take some time to process. If you are concerned about how your data is being collected and used, then unless you really want to delete all your data and no longer use The Apps, it's easier to just withdraw consent using the in-app Settings screen.
Note also that if you have indicated in The Apps that you are under the age of 18, we will treat you the same as if you had opted out of data collection. I.e. you will still be able to use The Apps, but no data that isn't essential to the operation of The Apps will be collected.
